Pay that respects the work

Experienced painters start at $33/hr, paid weekly and on time. Take on more, earn more, your rate grows with your skills.

Learn eight trades

Painting, drywall, tiling, epoxy, decks and more, cross-train across every service we offer and become the person who can do it all.

Steady, sane hours

30 to 40 hours a week, residential and commercial work booked ahead. Weekends are optional, yours if you want them, not demanded.

Grow with the company

We're building toward multiple crews across HRM. Early hires become the crew leads and site supervisors of next year.

Construction Painter

$33/hr
Full-time Halifax · HRM Start ASAP Weekly pay

Residential and commercial painting across HRM, interiors, exteriors and sprayed finishes, on a crew that takes real pride in clean lines.

  • Experience cutting, rolling and brushing to a high standard
  • Spray experience (cabinets/exteriors) a strong asset
  • Reliable, on time, and tidy on site, non-negotiable
  • Driver's licence an asset; we work across all of HRM

Drywall Finisher / Carpenter

Based on experience
Full-time Halifax · HRM Start ASAP Weekly pay

Renovation projects from framing to finish, basements, build-outs and repairs, working alongside the paint crew so jobs go from studs to done.

  • Taping, mudding and sanding to Level 4/5 finish
  • Framing and general carpentry for renovation work
  • Comfortable working in occupied homes, clean and courteous
  • Own hand tools an asset; we supply the big equipment
